Looking for a practice-based university animation course that will give you all the technical and production skills you need while ensuring you gain all the experience and abilities you need to succeed in the workplace?

Skillset's course accreditation scheme, devised in consultation with industry and education providers, recognises university courses within the UK that provide exceptional standards of training. Each course has undergone rigorous assessment by animation industry professionals in order to be awarded the Skillset Tick.

There are currently eight accredited Animation courses:

BA (Hons) Animation Production at the Arts University College at Bournemouth

BA (Hons) Computer Visualisation and Animation at Bournemouth University

MA in Animation Direction at the National Film and Television School

BA (Hons) Animation at the Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication

BA Computer Animation / BA Animation at the University of Glamorgan - Cardiff School of Creative and Cultural Industries

BA (Hons) Computer Animation at the University of Teesside

BA (Hons) Animation at the University of Wales, Newport
